This morning, Kramer joined Kevin and Pete, along with Cha Chi Loprete to talk about his plans for his guest hosting stint at the end of the month.
In addition to Cha Chi, Joey Kramer will be joined by his alter ego DJ Kramedog, which he debuted on K&M this morning, “It really is me doing two voices.”
“We’re gonna have three days of whatever, you know,” said Kramer. “It should be easy, it should be fun. If it’s fun, it’s easy. If it’s laborious, than it’s going to be boring.”
Kevin wanted to make sure that Joey is ready to take the reigns of one of the top morning shows in Boston.
“On this show that we do, we normally do a bunch of dumb, stupid stuff and then after the show we get yelled at by the program director,” Kevin explained. “Can we count on you to continue this tradition?”
“Dumb, stupid stuff? Oh, absolutely!” said Joey.
While there will be moments of spontaneity, both Kramer and Cha Chi are already planning out guests and segments.
“We got one guy that’s coming on that I’m going to talk to who’s an old buddy of mine who’s in lock down right now with his band, rehearsing because they’re getting ready to go out, which is Slash,” said Kramer. “He’s not talking to anybody right now, but he’s going to come on and talk to us.”
