We began with a birthday tribute to Robert Cray, who turned 60 on Thursday, August 1st.

Born in Georgia, Robert is one our most-recognized contemporary blues guitarists. He’s crossed over to the mainstream on occasion and has five Grammy Awards. Not only is he a master of those six strings, he’s also blessed with as fine voice and a knack for songwriting.

Happy birthday Robert! Play yourself a birthday tune!
