Daniel Collins, 72, of Teaneck, New Jersey was arrested Monday night after putting up a stink over the actions of a neighbor he had been feuding with for months. After hearing his neighbor obnoxiously pass gas outside his door, Collins retrieved his gun, ran out, and threatened “to put a hole” in the man’s head. He was promptly arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a firearm. I thought this was America.
