The cliché does state that good things come to those who wait. Looks like Aerosmith fans will have to wait to get their hands on Music From Another Dimension.
The band’s first new studio album of original tunes since 2001′s Just Push Play was supposed to be released on August 28th.
Joe Perry recently stated that “This one has taken so long to get going. We have started this record probably three or four times and actually got into the studio with a producer.”
Apparently all the songs are recorded. Joe and Steven had to leave the mixing console to start their Global Warming Tour earlier than they wanted to, and the new album still needs some polishing up.
Stay tuned.
