The Beatles started recording on November 24, 1966, what would eventually become one of the biggest albums ever, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. It was released on this day June 1, 1967, completely changing The Beatles from the Please Please Me band from just 4 years earlier. Look at this clip of confused teenagers trying to figure out what they thought of the new look Beatles from American Bandstand in 1967.
