Andy Gatz, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested and charged with battery and violation of an injunction after police said he threw a box of Cheez-It crackers at his wife after she attended an Earth day concert. Gatz told police he only threw one cracker at his wife, but that argument doesn’t hold the cheese.

William E. Rhode III, 61, of Newark, NJ. What is Good ol’ Willy accused of entered Mandee Clothing in the Meadtown shopping center Tuesday wearing only long underwear and a blue t-shirt, asking for help to try on a dress, however When Rhode came out of the dressing room, he allegedly said the dress did not fit, began a sexually explicit conversation with the employee and touched himself, showing the employee that he had urinated on himself.

He was charged with criminal sexual contact, lewdness and criminal mischief. He was taken to Morris County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

This is actually the third time he has been arrested for similar behavior since 2002
