For hard rock fans, this could be THE tag team concert tour of the Summer! Earlier today the giants of the ’70′s and ’80′s made the announcement official on their respective websites. KISS and Motley Crue together for the first time since 1982 will simply be called “The Tour”. Both acts will perform full, 90-minute sets of all their classics. It’s set to kick off July 20th in Virginia and work its way through over 40 cities. Click below for a refresher course on both Bands and to see when they might be headed this way…

Although we have no official details from Live Nation, the Crue’s website posted Sunday, September 16th for a stop at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA. Stay tuned.
