Although McCartney isn’t saying who he believes is responsible for the scandal, that didn’t stop his ex-wife from weighing in.
Heather Mills told the BBC that she heard from an insider with knowledge of the situation that the Daily Mirror had been listening to her phone conversations.
Sir Paul went on to say that this is “a horrendous violation of privacy” and speculates that this had been taking place for a while now.
“It’s been going on a long time, and I do think more people than we know knew about it.”
