[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]The Who[/lastfm]‘s Pete Townshend said on his blog that he looks forward to touring with Roger Daltrey next year.
Townshend said on his blog that he is “looking forward” to performing The Who’s 1974 rock opera Quadrophenia on the road next year.

Daltrey is on a tour by himself playing Tommy, and recently said that going on a tour would destroy Townshend’s hearing.
Townshend disagreed with his former bandmate’s statement.
“The reason I am not on the road with Roger is that this is entirely Roger’s adventure, one that is bringing him great joy,” Townshend wrote on his blog. “I don’t belong on this Tommy tour.”
“My hearing is actually better than ever,” he continued. “Because after a feedback scare at the O2 Indigo in December 2008 I am taking good care of it. I’m 66, I don’t have perfect hearing, and if I listen to loud music or go to gigs I do tend to get tinnitus. DON’T WE ALL????,” finished the guitarist.
For now, you can look forward to Roger Daltrey playing Tommy here in Boston on September 17, and ZLX can get you there! Just click Visit your Workforce VIP account to enter our Roger Daltrey ticket giveaway.
