[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jimmy Buffett[/lastfm] played live at the Comcast Center last Saturday, paying tribute to our Stanley Cup winners with a performance of the special Boston Bruins version of “Boat Drinks.”

Karlson & McKenzie played audio of the song on the show Monday morning.

Jimmy talked briefly about how he spent all day Saturday re-writing the song to tailor the lyrics to Bruins fans.

He also dedicated the Bruins version of “Boat Drinks” to Bobby Orr and Derek Sanderson, who he claimed was “partially to blame” for the writing of the original song.
