Nathan Horton scores series-winner against Tampa Bay

Horton was the hero in Game 7 against Montreal, and he delivered again in the nail-biting Game 7 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Horton’s goal, the only one of the night, came on a beautiful to-the-net pass from David Krejci.
